SAP SAPLATPC ABAP Report: ATP Controller / ATP Server

There are two functions which are 'ATP_CHECK_BASIS' in program 'SAPLATP3 ', and the other 'AVAILABILITY_CHECK_CONTROLLER' in program 'SAPLATPC'; If i set break-point for either of them, the program will stop when i create sales order or delivery note through VA01 or VL01N. I want to know the logic relevance behind those two functions or two programs. Why does sap check both of them when process creating orders? anyone could give me some explaination?

I included purchase requisitions to availability check from customising. But also i would like to exclude the ones which are not released yet.

I'm building a program that will call an asynchronous RFC repeatedly, for downloading files from a DMS document server to a local directory on the presentation server.

I was doing my config from quite a while and was able to save sales orders normally. All of a sudden, I am now unable to save any sales orders. It is throwing a dump while I am trying to save the sales order. The dump details are provided below. I tried debugging the code to an extent and realized that there is some error in acessing access sequences in output determination. Can someone guide me to fix this error please?

We are getting dump error while using tcode MB1a for stock processing. This server currently has been migrated database(db2 8 to 9) & upgrade kernel so at this stage, we are going to check functionally its working or not & got error. Dump logs are mentioned below. please suggest us.

This is not possible in the standard system. It would also be a difficult modification to implement.
