SAP S_USER_AGR Security Authorization Object: Authorizations: Role Check

In the system I found one authorization object S_RS_WKBK.....but it is obsolete.

We have multiple queries that were running fine and then all of a sudden, the users started getting no data found. When someone with eleveated access runs the queries, we get data. A security trace shows that the queries are now using S_USER_AGR RC=4 & ACTVT=02. Security tell me that the execution should be ACTVT=03 but the cannot find out why all of a sudden it is trying it as ACTVT=02.

Is it possible to set the authorisation for workbook (in release 7.0) in such way, that user can open the workbook but not save it? The authorisation object S_USER_AGR controls only saving of workbooks for roles. I've also checked the object S_BDS* and removed it from user's role but user can still save the workbook in favorites.

I am trying to restrict role assignment using the object S_USER_AGR. As an example i am using the following in the 'Role Name' field: T1050, T1500.

We have 5 crystal reports saved in a SAP role assigned to the users. I am not sure what happened, they are unable to open the crystal tool and any reports. When they click on Open report from BW, it not showing the screen where they can see Find, History, roles. They used to go to the roels tab and run the reports.

we have this scenario, in which we modified the role ( delete authorization was added in the role, 06 Activity maintained in the S_USER_AGR authorization object ) related to BEX and transported to Production System. After the transport, Queries, workbooks and views were not visible in Role Folder in BEX. we have recovered Queries as of now and are visible in Role Folder. However, views and workbooks are still not visible.

One of my end user succeeded to save a workbook which is assigned to a role, although he does not have any S_USER_AGR authorization.

Does anyone know what are the basic authorizations needed for reporting and planning activities. I do not mean the basic analysis authorizations - I mean the basis authorizations - those you usually insert from a template such as S_RS_TREPU.
