SAP Error: TABLE_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT - An attempt was made to change

I had modify a sorting form of the program, then when I run the background job it had been cancelled by the SAP system and come out with this TABLE_ILLEGAL_STATEMENT run time error.

Hi experts,

I have created a project in cmod ( ZTEST ).

In that project i have assign to enhancement V45A0002 and MMDA0001.

But now i need to remove MMDA0001 from my project.

There is no option of delete.

Can any please guide me how to delete the MMDA0001 from my project ZTEST.
