SAP BLF00 Table: Vendor Master Record Transaction Data for Batch Input

My requirement is to interface with leagacy system the vendor master data . For this i am using RFBIKR00 in my z-prg. The structures that are getting passed are BGR00, BLF00, BLFA1, BLFB1... In structure BLF00 I am getting the T-code & the Vendor number ... The inputfile is coming with t-code XK01... My program changes t-code to XK02 if vendor is already pressent in LFA1 & LFB1 ... but my program is failing when the vendor num exists in LFA1 but not in LFB1...because the t-code remains XK01 & when the session is created at that it throws an error saying "XK01" ... Hi, what I am trying to do is to upload the vendors from excel file to the transaction xk01. So, I have two parameters, one for local file ( presentation server) and the one for application server . I have managed to finish the first part of uploading the vendors from excel file into a internal table and to upload them to the transaction xk01 using a batch input method. I have created an LSMW for creating/updating vendors. It works fine for BGR00, BLF00, and BLFA1. However, if I add a BLFB1 record an odd error occurs. If any field in the BLFA1 structure is defined as more than 30 characters, (and several are legitimately 35), I get the following error:

I am doing vendor upload using LSMW direct input (RFBIKR00) program. I am uploading files in LFA1, LFB1, LFBK, LFM1 and MAIN - total 5 files, MAIN file has all the key fields which is in(BLF00) structure. Other files has same table structure as its names are.
