I ran a payroll calculation simulation in our test environment, using an employee who is in company 706, assigned to a personnel area (1305) linked to a tax company (US04).  When I run a payroll simulation, it correctly reports tax company US04 in the logs until I get to the USTAX node.  Even then, in the "Input", it reports tax company US04 in the TCRT prior to the "Processing".  In the "Processing", there is a node entitled, "Employee Data".  In that node, the tax company has changed to US02!  I have checked the employee's Master Data and do not see the US02 tax company code used anywhere.  ...

PA30 – When I am creating info type 0006 automatically created 207 and 208 only automatically below error message is coming. But system will not create 209 & 210 info types. Kindly let me know the solution ASAP.

"looks like there is a fundamental issue on your org configuration: you don't have a tax company assigned to the personnel area and subarea used. You can that in transacion SM30/SM31 in view V_T5U0P. Tax companies are created in T5UTL, if it's not yet available."

Can anyone help me with Status of Control Records message that pops up when attempting to run 941 - Production run. The Payroll areas that are referenced in the message are not relevant to out Tax company or do not exist in Table T549A. We have never received this message in previous runs and I cannot fin a selection screen to exclude or include the relevant payroll Areas. When I look in table T5UTL, only our relevant payroll areas exist so I don't understand how this message appears when attempting to execute tax reporter for 941.

This is a question with regard to US tax. We have received a request for the creation of a new Unemployment account for the payment of taxes. This is because the account assignment number has changed for a particular company code in Tennassee state. Please let me know where this change could be made in SAP.

Our customer wants to display Employer address on remuneration statement as it is a legal requirement . We are currently displaying the Tax Co name on the remuneration statement however facing issues while fetching address on the form (PE51).

Our employer name got changed and we need to bring the New name in Form 16. Can anyone please let me know where to change the Employer name to get the new EMPLOYER address in Form16.
