SWO4 (Business Object Repository) TCode in SAP

I have business requirement where in which there should be a email notification to Purchase requisition or end user in each Phase. as below

"1.For RFQ creation from PR needs to trigger a email notification to PR creator. But in SWO4 I can see event trigger for only RFQ Release .Did we have a event trigger for Creation as well where system should alert mail to creator. But as Sandy mentioned I need look into his reply in detail for FM."

"Hi Sandy - I think this is only availbale in 5.0 which I don't have. Try going to SE37, typing BAPI_APS and then F4. Look for DRP or SPP related descriptions for function groups. Also look in BOR in transaction SWO4 - there should be a DRP and/or SPP section under Advanced Planning and Optimization. Let me know if you find something. I don't think you would want to use something outside of DRP/SPP because that may cause transactional inconsistencies."

A transaction code is a four digit alpha numeric field, which takes one to the screen/window associated with that code. The code is entered into the command of a primary menu. If one is not in a primary menu the transaction code must be prefaced by either /o to open a new session (license permitting) or /n to end the current transaction. Each screen/window in SAP should have its own unique transaction code.

All transaction codes are stored in table TSTC. Their texts are displayed in TSTCT.

How to find Business objects for any transcation..... and how to connect the Work flow to any Trancation so that for example any body changes the date of Birth ...... so that the work flow should trigger .

To find business objects "belonging" to a transaction, you can use the package the transaction belongs to and search in se80 if business objects exist for this package, also you can use the application component of the transaction and also search for BO's in se80 (component hierarchy)

I am using Portal 6.0 with Business Package for SAP CRM 4.0 50.2.4 / 60.2.3. Together with this, I got TREX 7.0 and ContentServer 6.30.

I am not really able to appreciate the difference and the need for it between object types in the BOR and object types in the class library.
