Execution of an ABAP program using a transaction code. The following types of transactions are available: Dialog transactions, report transactions, parameter transactions, variant transactions, and OO transactions. A transaction is started by entering the transaction code in the command field on the standard toolbar or by using the statements CALL TRANSACTION or LEAVE TO TRANSACTION.

Central point of entry for use of the Business Rule Framework (BRF). You can implement an event in the system at specific business events. The event is only triggered if such a business event is reached during the course of processing. In the BRF you can define 0 to n rules for an event.

Data for a single transaction received via an input feed or from manual transaction maintenance that includes information about a payment, receipt, or reservation. The event can be originated from internal and external bank systems.
