The Standard process doesnt provide any way to display the changes done to the ORDER in CO02, there is a way for getting the change documents in CO02/CO03 transcation by adding a custom table to the existing tabs in the standard transction. There are two ways for achieving the functionality , one is menu exit another is screen exit.

User is making change to Production order by CO02 at header at operation level like change of work center in operation, change of recipe in order, change of order qty etc.
