SAP OOSP Transaction Code: Authorization Profiles

I have the issue where employee an employee (Pernr - 404756) is reporting to manager (Pernr - 853429) as per the organisational structure.

FICA's structure has an independent root organizational unit, but still affecting some HR's reports, that the structure was created with another root organizational unit. An example of this it's the report “Vacancies” that shows the position that aren't occupied, this report doesn’t verify the root organizational unit, it just take the vacancies of the entire structure:

"We tried to limit the object ID authorization through OOSB and OOSP transactions, but in the reports that doesnt ask for a root organization unit the report shows all the information in OM (including FICAs structure)"

Now I assigned the user to it and he can open up only that specific organizational unit , edit information inside and add new users in PPOMA.

In a R/3 4.7, an organizational structure is created with PPOM transaction.

I have a requirement where i am required to restrict a HR user from assigning a position to a person belonging to an oranization unit to some other PA & PSA other than the one which has been defined in its Account Assignment details.

I need to restrict a query to run for 15 Sales Orgs. Dependeing on the user profile the report should display the data.

Our ESS user could not see their approver name. We already checked with our functional team and this should be an authorisation issue.

We are attempting to invoke a 3rd party web service from XI that requires use of client certificates. We have received the partner certificate as well as the certificate of the CA that signed it. Both have been imported into the Visual Admin tool. The CA cert is in the TrustedCAs view while the client one is in the service_ssl view.

When we make use of a certain Custom Function module (returning the CP's) in OOSP, standard SAP suddenly also assignes the structural profile ALL to the user id.
